Reliability of Provisional Responses in SIP

Status: Published as RFC 3262 in June of 2002. This specification was independent of bis up to bis-05, part of bis for bis-06 and bis-07, and removed again into a separate spec for bis-08 onwards. The reason is a long sordid tale best told over a beer.
